Café 1516 is located in the upper historical part of Jáchymov behind the Town Hall and the Museum. The name is derived from the year of the town’s foundation.
Café 1516, whose name recalls the founding of the city, was opened in the summer of 2021 by Jana Kijovská. It should be added that this is the first café in Jáchymov. Local enthusiasts helped to equip the café.
Enjoy great coffee and delicious desserts. And if you’re travelling with your dog, you can take him with you to the café. There’s a water bowl waiting for him.
